Who is responsible

What we collect
- Booking a technician: your name, mobile number, the visit address and pincode, the appliance, its brand and model, whether it is under warranty, the problem and the visit time you choose.
- Ask a question: your name, mobile number or email, and your question.
- Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you send us, with whatever they contain.
- For a repair: the address where the technician should come, the work done, the parts used and the bill.
We only ask for what we need to arrange and carry out the repair.
What we use it for
To arrange the visit, confirm it and tell you when the technician is on the way, carry out the repair, send you the bill, answer questions about the work later, and keep our accounts as the law requires. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send you offers unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
- Pixelvile Studio LLP (Kolkata) runs this website and our online dashboard, where bookings and questions arrive. Pixelvile handles them only on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and receives our email, and runs a bot check on the booking form (Turnstile). Its servers may be outside India.
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries WhatsApp messages, including the alert we get when a form is sent.
- Google (Gmail) holds emails sent to us.
- Zoho (ZeptoMail) delivers emails we send from the dashboard.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We count page visits and how many people visit each day without cookies and without storing your IP address. To count each person once a day, a scrambled code (a hash) is made from your IP address, your browser's name and a random key that changes every day. The key and the codes are deleted within 2 days, so they can't identify you or follow you from day to day.
How long we keep it
Bookings, questions and messages: up to two years after we last hear from you, or sooner if you ask. Bills and job records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the email above and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is for adults booking a repair. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
