- LED TVs: no picture, no sound, lines on the screen, power faults
Before you book us
We are not Samsung's authorised service centre. If your appliance is under Samsung's warranty, Samsung's own service may repair it free, so check that first. Many Samsung products, especially refrigerators and washing machines, have a longer warranty on the compressor or motor than on the rest of the machine, so look at your warranty card even if the appliance is a few years old.
Once the warranty is over, or if the fault is not covered, we can help. The technician checks the fault at your home and tells you the price before starting.

Do you use Samsung parts?
We tell you which part we will fit and its price before fitting it.
My Samsung fridge shows a code on the display. Can you tell me what it means?
Codes differ between models, so we do not guess from the code alone. The technician checks the fridge itself. Note the code and tell us when you book.
Can you repair a Samsung TV with a cracked screen?
A cracked panel usually has to be replaced, and on many TVs that costs close to a new TV. The technician will tell you honestly if a repair is not worth it.
