What changed in 2025
In 2025 Panasonic said it would stop selling refrigerators and washing machines in India. It said it would keep selling ACs, TVs, microwave ovens and other products, and that existing customers would still get warranty cover, spare parts and service.
So if your Panasonic fridge or washer is under warranty, Panasonic's own service is still the first place to go. After the warranty, we can repair it. Panasonic has said spare parts will stay available for existing customers, and for some parts a compatible version also fits.
Warranty
We are not Panasonic's authorised service centre. If your appliance is under Panasonic's warranty, Panasonic's own service may repair it free, so check that first. For everything else, book a visit and you hear the price before any work.
Questions
My Panasonic microwave runs but does not heat. Can you fix it?
Yes, in most cases. The usual causes are the magnetron, the high-voltage diode or capacitor, or a door switch. These parts hold dangerous voltage even when unplugged, so please do not open the microwave yourself.
Do you service Panasonic inverter ACs?
Yes. Regular service, gas leak repairs, and PCB and sensor faults on split inverter ACs.
What if a part for my old Panasonic fridge is not available?
The technician tells you before starting. For many parts a compatible one fits. If the part that failed cannot be found, we say so plainly before any work.
