Bottom freezer and side-by-side fridges
Haier sells several fridges where the freezer is at the bottom or on one side. These are frost-free and depend on fans and a defrost system to move cold air around. When one part of the fridge goes warm while another stays cold, the fault is often in that air flow and not in the gas.
These fridges also have more electronics than a basic fridge, so the technician checks the sensors and the control board before suggesting any part.

Questions
My Haier fridge has water collecting at the bottom. What causes it?
Usually the defrost drain is blocked, so melted ice overflows inside. Clearing the drain fixes it. If ice keeps forming, the defrost system needs checking.
Do you repair Haier LED TVs?
Yes. No picture, no sound, lines on the screen and power faults. If the panel itself is damaged, the technician will tell you whether the repair is worth the cost.
My Haier front load washer will not open its door. What should I do?
Front load doors stay locked while there is water inside or for a short time after a cycle. Wait a few minutes. If it stays locked and water is inside, the drain may be blocked. Book a visit rather than forcing the door.
