Voltas and Voltas Beko are different
Voltas is a Tata group company and is known mainly for air conditioners. Refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves sold as Voltas Beko come from a separate joint venture between Voltas and the appliance maker Arcelik.
We repair Voltas Beko refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves too, as an independent repairer. When you book, tell us which one you have so the right technician comes.
Warranty first
We are not Voltas's authorised service centre. If your AC is under the Voltas warranty, Voltas's own service may repair it free, so check that first. Compressor warranties often run longer than the general warranty, so check the card even for an AC that is a few years old.

Questions
My Voltas window AC is noisy. Is it serious?
Often it is a loose panel, a fan blade touching the casing, or a worn fan motor bearing. Those are usually simple repairs. A rattling compressor is more serious. The technician checks which one it is.
Do Voltas ACs need a stabiliser?
Many inverter ACs work across a wide voltage range and do not need one. Older fixed-speed ACs in areas with bad voltage can benefit. Our guide on stabilisers explains how to decide.
Can you service a Voltas AC on the top floor or a balcony wall?
Yes, if the outdoor unit can be reached safely. Tell us where it is when you book so the technician brings the right equipment.
